3 Top Tips For Spiritual Health & Hygiene




In today's fast-paced world. We have many factors that can overwhelm us. High-stress jobs, traveling to and from work, unhealthy relationships or friendships. The cost of living and the list goes on.

When we come to the end of the day, the last thing we want to do for ourselves is make time for us. However, this is crucial as we go about our daily lives. We pick up so much energy in our auras, go to sleep, and wake up with the same feeling as yesterday. This is because the aura requires maintenance as well as the body to be cleansed, cleared, and flushed of all energetic toxins. These toxins are absorbed by your aura and must be let go of.


Let's take, for example, you've come home from shopping. It's been stressful. You've left the house feeling on top of the world, then you come home feeling depleted of all life force energy. This is because you have collected all sorts of energetic rubbish that others have dropped in the shopping center, workplace, or other venues. This is due to a high volume of others' BS being dumped and causing spiritual stress on you, especially when you're unaware of how to negate these energies.

  1. Cleansing your aura; Is it as simple as washing your body standing in the shower and visualizing your liquid light, your choice of color? I recommend gold, violet, or green pouring through the top of your head. Slowly making its way. Over your shoulders, arms, hands, torso, hips, legs and down, then out through your feet and washing down the drain...

  2. Protecting your aura; this can be achieved with crystals. Some good protection crystals are Obsidian. Kyanite. Selenite. Tourmaline. Or visualizing your shield or bubble of protection with the color being white or gold. The easiest way is to visualize an egg shape around your body with your arms outstretched. Visualize the color of the protective coating and feel the bubble sealing up above your head and below your feet.

  3. Grounding in; this helps you become more present in your daily life. Taking off your shoes, going outside and standing on the dirt or ground, taking note of the ground underneath your feet, being present and feeling the energy and you coming into your body. And taking time to allow this process. Once you feel grounded, give a little thank you to Gaia for her help.

Allowing yourself the time daily to practice these tips or anchor the new energies into your morning or evening routine, build up the protection to keep unwanted energies out, promote Spiritual Health & Hygiene, bring you and being grounded into the present, and wash away the stress of the day.


There was a time in my life when I would take on the energy of another so that they were not feeling so much pain, that in time it became my pain. I was so open to all energies that finally physical ailments started to plague my body. These daily practices have allowed me to cleanse, clear, ground, and protect myself. That I no longer am affected by the energy of another. Yes, I still feel the energy, yet do not take them on board as my own. This has allowed me the freedom to do what I do without immersing myself fully in another's energy or personal pain. I empathize with you, however, at the end of the day, I'm responsible for my own energy space, as the next person is responsible for their energy space as well.
