Cancellation Policy
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the practitioner and the client regarding shamanic healing services. By scheduling a session, you agree to adhere to these terms. **2. Services Offered** Shamanic healing sessions may include various practices such as energy healing, soul retrieval, and journeying. Each session will be tailored to meet the individual needs of the client. **3. Appointment Scheduling** Clients can schedule appointments through our designated booking platform or directly with the practitioner. All sessions must be confirmed in advance. **4. Cancellation Policy** - Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee. - No-shows will be charged the full session fee. **5. Rescheduling Policy** - Clients may reschedule their appointment without penalty if they provide at least 24 hours' notice. - Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will be treated as a cancellation and may incur a fee as stated above. **6. Refund Policy** - Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance. - No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or for no-shows. - In the event of a session being canceled by the practitioner, clients will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduling their session at no additional cost. **7. Health and Wellness Disclaimer** Shamanic healing is not a substitute for medical treatment or therapy. Clients are encouraged to consult with a healthcare professional regarding any medical conditions. By participating in shamanic healing sessions, clients agree to take full responsibility for their own well-being. **8. Confidentiality** All information shared during sessions will remain confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or with the client’s consent. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
